01 Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using MVCraft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02 Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for everything done under your MVCraft account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use MVCraft.

03 Credits and subscriptions

Generating scene images, shot images and video clips uses credits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

04 What you upload

You keep all rights to the music, images, photos and text you upload. You confirm you own them or have permission to use them. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to run the service for you, for example to analyse your song and generate your video.

05 What you create

Subject to these terms, you may use the videos, images and clips you generate with MVCraft for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that your output is unique, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.

06 Acceptable use

Do not use MVCraft to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing or violent, that impersonates a real person without their consent, or that infringes anyone else’s rights. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it.

07 Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its projects and files are removed.

08 Disclaimer and liability

MVCraft is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, and we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use MVCraft after that means you accept the new terms.
