01 What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We store what you upload (songs, reference images, character photos and prompts), the projects and videos you create, your credit balance and plan, and basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

02 How we use it

We use your data to run your account, analyse your songs, generate storyboards, images and video clips, render your videos, handle billing and support, and keep the service secure. We do not use your uploads to train our own AI models.

03 Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. To generate your video we send your song, images and prompts to the AI model providers that power MVCraft, only for that purpose. We also rely on Google for sign-in and on hosting and storage providers to run the service.

04 Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers; we keep only the subscription status and billing history Stripe sends us.

05 Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

06 Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account from the Account page, which removes your profile, projects and uploaded files. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires.

07 Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and access to it is restricted to what running the service requires. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you about any breach that affects you.

08 Children

MVCraft is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes.
